Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to consider the declaration of final dividend, if any, to the Shareholders of the Company.
