The scarf industry of Yiwu city, Zhejiang Province has recently formed an Association that aims to take this profit making industry on much higher level.
Within a short span of time the scarf sector of Yiwu city has witnessed tremendous growth. At present there are more than 3000 enterprises, which are involved in producing scarves that are shipped in various parts of the world. Middle East is one of the major overseas markets for the entrepreneurs of Yiwu.
Previously, there was no organization that could look after the smooth functioning of this sector. However, with Scarf Industrial Association coming into existence, the manufacturers are looking forward for some new plans that will boost this lucrative sector.
The local Government has asked the scarf manufacturers to shift in Yiwu International Trade City, so that all of them can work together in order to dominate the international market.
