Shortage in desired qualities of cotton felt

Despite dejected mood of some spinning mills, the enquiries continued also in the past week under report.
While several potential buyers acted further on indecisively in view of New York, others covered their needs for the production after the works holidays and until connection to the new crop.
The availability of desired qualities is intensely restricted at present, particularly within the Central Asian growths.
Turnovers were registered as follows: Central Asian sorts for prompt, further in the 3rd and 4th quarter 2008, as well as for the 1st quarter 2009; lower Greek descriptions for prompt delivery and higher from the coming crop for loading in the 4th quarter 2008 and also West African types for the 4th quarter 2008.
