The 100 year old German Thies GmbH & Co KG, which specializes in manufacturing dyeing machinery, will be showcasing its three new products at ITMA - Asia and CITME 2008 scheduled from July 27 to 31 in Shanghai. The three machines which will be exhibited are the Luft roto Plus SII, eco Master and Lab Master.

The Luft-roto plus SII fabric dyeing machine, with the unique nozzle design, represents a significant development in short liquor ratio dyeing technology, at the same time meeting today's demands for environmentally friendly and cost-effective production.

Incorporating a new and novel technology, this reduces the process time and total energy consumption, while at the same time enhancing the quality of the processed material. The highly versatile Luft roto Plus can be used to process all types of fabrics, fibres and blends.

The eco Master fabric dyeing machine is a versatile workhorse in a knit dye house and a improvement of the internationally successful eco-soft plus. The eco Master combines the outstanding features of safe fabric transport and flexibility with new innovations in liquor transfer, liquor penetration and process technology with reduced energy consumption and shorter process times to produce excellent quality fabric.

The Lab Master, a 1-kg laboratory fabric dyeing machine provides the reliable basis for 'right first time' dyeing at reduced bulk costs. The machine is designed for research and development, quality assurance and laboratory trials.
