Jilin introduces Flame Retardant Fibre

Jilin introduces Flame Retardant Fiber brand. White Mountain Brand is a kind of permanent type environmental friendly fiber with the features of good softness, hygroscopicity and chromaticity.

It guarantees safe and supply soft touch. It is made of natural plant and adopts spinning injection blended technology. The perfect combination of flame retardant medium and fiber guarantees the permanent feature of flame retardant.

It has the features of low smoke avirulence, not molten and dropping, flame and heat resistance etc. It keeps the intrinsic features of natural fiber of viscose fiber. The products are widely used to produce thermal protection textiles, safety clothes, home textiles and decoration etc.

Features of products:
1. Good feature of flame resitance. It was verified by international authoritative institution SGS: The limited oxygen index LOI=28%
2. High safety. The fiber doesn't melt in fire with low smoke and doesn't release toxic gas.
3. Permanent flame resistance. The feature of flame resistance will not be affected during washing and friction.
4. Environment profection feature. The raw material is regenerate natural plant. The waste is able to decay by nature in accordance with environmental guidelines.

Features of fabrics:
1. Good permanent flame resistant feature. It is good in resisting flame propagation, smoke release, anti-fusion and durability.
2. Features of fire insulation and antistatic and all-aspects of thermal protection.
3. It has the features of natual fiber. The fabrics have all the features of hygroscopicity of natual fiber, soft touch, comfort, breathability and vivid color.

Application:
1. Protective clothing.
2. Home textiles.
3. Decoration products.
4. Garments and minor clothes.
5. Non-woven fabrics and stuffings.

Main physical property index:
1. Baked strength: 1.7-1.9CN/dtex
2. Wet strength: = 28%

Specification and Usage:
- Existing Types: 1.2D*38mm, 1.5D*38mm, 2.0D*51mm.

It can be used to produce cotton type, mid and wool type flame resistant fiber. The fiber can be blended with flame resistant fibers including aramid fiber, flame resistant acrylic fiber, wool and nylon.

Future:
Along with the promotion of mandatory regulations of flame resistant fiber and raise of safety consciousness of people, the application of flame resistant fiber extended into the fields of home textiles and underwears etc.

The demands of flame resistant fiber require comfort, breathability and chromaticity etc. So the flame resistant viscose fiber with the features of natural fiber has inimitable advantages. The market of flame resistant fiber is very wide.
