Partnership Opens Distribution in Caribbean and Central/South American Markets
DOWNLITE, the nation's premiere manufacturer of down and feather bedding, announced a strategic partnership with New York-based Kassatex Fine Linens that will give the company additional market penetration and distribution channels throughout the Caribbean and Central/South American regions.
“We are excited to welcome Kassatex as a strategic international distribution partner,” said Joel Collins, Manager of Business Development for DOWNLITE.
“Kassatex has a great reputation in the international and domestic arena for quality and customer service excellence. This partnership will give us an expanded opportunity in the Caribbean and Central/South American markets to build key market share and introduce consumers to our high quality products.”
Kassatex will have sole representation rights, exclusive of institutional accounts, for all DOWNLITE products in the Caribbean and Central/South American markets. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
