North Indian Textile Research Association (NITRA), in order to strengthen the mutually beneficial bond it shares with the Indian textile & garment industry, is offering a complimentary service in one of the following 22 areas in this year (2008-09) as a token of appreciation of their continuous support to NITRA. This one-time complementary service can be availed of by members.

C. Training Programs (In-house/NITRA)
1. Training of Trainers / Shop-floor Instructor
2. Training of Shop-floor Jobbers
3. Training of maintenance personnel
4. Training of physical quality control personnel
5. Training of chemical quality control personnel
6. Developing basic supervisory skills and effectiveness
7. Energy conservation in textile mills
8. Yarn and fabric defects: causes and remedies (case studies)
9. In house Training Programs for Garment Factories
10.Layering and cutting room management
11.Sewing problems-causes and remedies
12.Stains-causes and remedies
13.Critical maintenance aspects in sewing machines

The expenses towards travel, boarding and lodging for team of officers from NITRA will have to be borne by the company.
