Masland Contract has announced two new additions to its eNeRGy line, Empire and Enterprise, manufactured with Zeftron's premium nylon 6ix fiber systems.

Empire and Enterprise both carry the prestigious Enviro6ix designation that guarantees a minimum of 25 percent recycled content in every Zeftron nylon color offering.

Zeftron nylon is a closed-loop recyclable nylon 6 yarn system which can contribute to LEED certification, making Empire and Enterprise perfect for any interior concerned with green building design and construction.

“Empire and Enterprise are perfect for any commercial interior needing a sophisticated product with true sustainability,” said Tim Blount, business leader of Zeftron nylon.

“And because these styles are made with Zeftron nylon, specifiers can trust that Empire and Enterprise come with the legacy of style, performance and recyclability Zeftron has built over the past 40 years.”

Empire and Enterprise are coordinating products, both inspired by the geometry and lines that exemplify architectural order.

Their tailored look is complemented by subtle color shifts that are appropriate for any urban space. Each style is available in nine sophisticated colorways that create a continental yet inviting workspace.

“The vibrant colors paired with the visually stimulating pattern of Empire and Enterprise, make these two style the perfect fit for use in any commercial interior,” said Wes Gunter, contract marketing manager, Masland Contract.

“With these two new products, Masland's eNReGy line continues to offer end users and specifiers the best options for their commercial marketplace needs.”

Empire and Enterprise have a 10-year wear warranty and are backed by Zeftron nylon's lifetime performance, colorfast, stain removal and static control warranties and third party performance certification.

Because of its recycled content and MBDC Cradle to Cradle certification, carpets made with Zeftron nylon can contribute towards LEED building certification.

Empire and Enterprise meet the standards for the Carpet & Rug Institute's Indoor Air Quality Green Label Plus Carpet Testing Program.
