Designed to be integrated into existing lines, DeCoup+ splicing benches are compact modules. The equipment is available either for narrow webs (up to 800 mm) as a module to be fitted on a machine or doctor machine; or for wide webs (up to 3000 mm) as a splicing bench to be fitted on line.
DeCoup+ plastic film splicing benches can also be easily integrated into existing lines. They perform clean and strong splicing joins on a wide range of plastic products.
Manual Cutting / Sealing:
Decoup+ manual range of equipment covers final make-up operations needs. Our ultrasonic multifunctional and autonomous workstation performs high quality cutting, sealing or welding operations only with tool changes.
Our handheld cutters allow straight or profile cutting adapted to multi-purposed operations. These lightweight and easy-to-use manual devices provide clean and sealed edges with a good finished handle.
Bobbin packaging:
At the end of manufacturing and converting lines of textile and nonwoven fabrics, bobbin packaging is the best way to guarantee product quality through transport. Ultrasonic welding is the solution to obtain 100% sealed packaging with strong ends.
This quick and productive process provides a fully recyclable waste packaging (conform to the 94/62/CE regulation) and avoids the use of consumable items such as metallic clips. This compact welding module can be easily integrated into existing roll packaging machines.
