Rich content to explore on Shell Chemicals new website

Dec '08
At Shell Chemicals we are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we communicate with our different audiences - and that includes our contacts in the media. As part of this long-term commitment, we have made changes to our website and you will see that it looks and behaves differently when you next visit it.

An important change has been bringing www.shell.com/chemicals into line with the family of Shell websites, making it easier to explore the whole world of Shell online. The paths to content may have changed and the look and feel has been refreshed, but rest assured that all the content and functionality of the old site is on the new one.

Next year we will be adding new features of interest to the media, such as rss news feeds, podcasting and webcasting. In the meantime, there is a lot of rich content to explore, including:

-a wide range of product information including application insights and manufacturing location details for all of our major products.
-our Innovation section where you will find fresh insights into what we do and how we do it. Videos in this section bring a number of stories to life and introduce you to some of the key people involved.
-updates on how Shell chemicals companies are preparing for REACH, the new European Union (EU) regulatory system and on major construction projects such as the Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex.

and, of course, you can also go to our media centre where you can access the latest media releases and speeches.
