Carpet Expo to be held in New Delhi from Feb 12-15

The 14th largest fiesta of handmade woolen, silk carpets, rugs and floor-coverings shall be held from 12th to 15th February, 2009 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi followed by Exhibition-cum-Buyer Seller Meet on 16-17 February, 2009 in Jaipur. The biggest extravaganza of carpets is organized by Carpet Export Promotion Council under the aegis of Govt. of India.
The only established and world wide acclaimed event of South East Asia - India Carpet Expo is a “bench mark” of tremendous business avenues and opportunities for the manufacturers and exporters of India. The organizers have an attractive package for overseas buyers like on spot re-imbursement of air ticket expenses in addition to free stay (2 nights) in a five star hotel in Delhi.
