Recently, MEGlobal, which has one of the biggest worldwide capacities in manufacture of Monoethylene Glycol (MEG), announced its Asian Contract Price (ACP) at US $630 per MT, CFR Asian main ports for arrival in February 2009.
The February 2009 MEGlobal ACP, reflects the short term supply/demand situation in the Asian market.
In February, the company also announced a North American Benchmark for MEG that was increased by $0.02/lb to $0.31/lb.
