Special meeting for regenerated polyester fiber industry in Hangzhou

China economy encountered with very tough challenges in 2008 amid financial crisis. China textile and manmade fiber industry also faced deep downward correction. Facing such troubles, China government released series of stimulus packages, including measures to support light-textile industry. In 2009, industrial members still face uncertain global economy, volatile feedstock cost, regulation on domestic financial, tax policies, and RMB exchange rate trend.

This forum will emphasize on macro-economy, industrial development and corporation investment, more on difficulties, focuses, blind-points, etc. With a view to promote development of the industry and provide a platform of communication for enterprises from home and abroad, CCFGroup will hold 2009 China Hangzhou • Chemical Fiber Forum in March 11-13, 2009 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. With regenerated polyester fibers industry fast developing, it has more impact on the whole fiber market. A special meeting for regenerated polyester fiber industry will be arranged during the session.

As the largest and most famous industry conference in China, the Chemical Fiber Forum has been held successfully on seven successive years, giving in-depth analysis and discussion on the critical development of the industry. Government departments and well-known enterprises making presentations on past conferences: NDRC, MOC, CCFA, China Chamber of Commerce for Import&Export of Textile, China National Textile& Apparel Council, Taiwan Synthetic Fiber Industry Association, BP, SABIC, MEGLOBAL, Chevron Phillips, DuPont, UNIFI, Reliance, Huvis, Itochu, Mitsubishi Chemical, PCI, CMAI and etc.

The participants are over 400 include SHELL, ExxonMobil, SK Chemical, Hyosung, Samsung, Eastman, Mitsui Chemical, Sinopec, CNOOC, LG, BASF, Xianglu Petrochemical, Yizheng Chemical Fiber, Hengyi Chemical Fiber, Rongsheng Chemical Fiber, Sanfangxiang Chemical Fiber, Shandong Helon, Tongkun Chemcial Fiber Group, Xinhui Meida, and other medium and large-scale enterprises.
