The objective is to empower these students financially along with providing them education. This endeavour of the Directorate is exemplary since, it will help the students earn money, while continuing with their education.

This will also serve the purpose of ensuring that students do not drop off midway in their schooling years, since the lure of earning money will be very strong along with getting a decent education.
