With a showcase of 16 creative styling forecasts, Ciba's preview of Color Trend Vision 2010-2011 will be a key highlight of the company's exhibit at the European Coatings Show (ECS).

The Color Trend Vision stylings are suitable for numerous applications, including consumer goods, interior/architectural design, automotive and teletronic coatings.

The new stylings will reflect the color and effect trends of 2010/2011 and the new directions made possible by the next generation of color, effect and stabilization technologies. Among these will be durable and trendy surfaces featuring carbon fiber weave patterns, previously impossible for exterior applications.

“With the stylings from Color Trend Vision, designers may be sure that the colors and effects they select for the surfaces of their products will be fashionable among the consumers and users of the future,” said Andreas Türk, Global Head of Ciba's Paints & Coatings Business Line.

Color Trend Vision is Ciba's overall concept for styling and design of trendy, innovative and appealing effects. Developed by Ciba's styling team, each trend shade is formulated with a real application in mind. Color Trend Vision 2010-2011 is the latest iteration of this successful concept, first launched in 2007.
