The studiorowe custom order upholstery retail gallery program is recognized as one of the more successful ways for furniture retailers to showcase a broad selection of styles and fabrics and provide customized service to their clients.
Nineteen new retailers opened a studiorowe gallery in 2008 and are recognized as a desirable destination for consumers who are looking for selection and outstanding service. "Our studiorowe program continues to expand across North America and we welcome the latest retailers to this unique business partnership," explained Stefanie J. Lucas, President and CEO of Rowe Fine Furniture Inc.
The most recent retailers to open a studiorowe gallery are: Abacus - Toronto Amish Furniture Gallery - Centennial and Westminster, Colorado Belfort Furniture - Dulles, Virginia Bowen Town & Country Furniture - Winston-Salem, North Carolina Cornerstone Home Interiors - Toronto Creative Elements - Grand Rapids, Ohio Custom Home Furnishings - Wilmington, North Carolina Gallatin Valley Furniture - Bozeman, Montana H and H Antiques - Havana, Florida Interior Furniture Resources - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Klingman's Furniture - Wyoming, Michigan Macon Furniture Mart - Franklin, North Carolina Merrill Furniture - Ellsworth, Maine Orangeville Furniture - Orangeville, Ontario Roommakers - Cedar Rapids, Iowa Signature Furniture - Lexington, Kentucky Today's Lifestyle Furniture - Grapevine, Texas Wells Home Furnishings - Charleston, West Virginia Z-Barn - San Francisco, California
A studiorowe gallery is a dedicated 3,000 square foot or greater, home furnishings environment within a retailer's showroom where consumers can experience a number of lifestyle settings showcasing Rowe Furniture and over 500 custom fabrics, including over 140 EcoRowe natural fiber fabrics.
The retailer's commitment to dedicate a significant portion of retail floor space to one brand is a strategic business decision which has demonstrated benefits for the retailer as well as the consumer. The retailer is able to focus on custom ordering with one manufacturer who offers a range of transitional to contemporary styles. Consolidating the ordering process to one business partner allows for easier tracking and more efficient upgrades of fabrics, styles and selling materials.
Consumers can also interact with the PreVue computer system that quickly gives illustrated examples of any Rowe Furniture sofa, chair, sectional or ottoman in several fabric selections. This PreVue system takes all the guess work out of the custom orders and makes customers feel at ease about the look of their new sofa.
Since the inception of the program in 2003, over 120 retailers across the U.S. and Canada have opened studiorowe galleries.
