The Swiss Textile Federation has upgraded its swiss+cotton quality label website: the design has now been harmonized with the www.swisstextiles.ch parent site; the structure of the contents is clearer and has been supplemented by new messages aimed directly at the consumer.
The Swiss Textile Federation website was upgraded last year; the site of the swiss+cotton Federation label has now followed suit and can be visited at www.swisscotton.ch.
The presentation of the site has been harmonized with that of www.swisstextiles.ch – having regard to brand-specific communication needs to enable consumers in particular to be made as fully aware of the meaning of the label as possible.
The site provides all the desired contents in a well-structured form, accompanied by attractive images: - Basic information: what is the philosophy behind swiss+cotton and for how long has this quality mark existed? What grade of cotton is used to make swiss+cotton products? What are the benefits of products made to the swiss+cotton quality standard? - Information for potential licensees: which standards and quality criteria must be met by swiss+cotton? What licence opportunities exist? How and where can an application for the label be made? Which companies already possess the quality label? - The website is now specifically focussed on consumers: which products are available in swiss+cotton quality? What do they look like? And where can I buy them?
The latest news reports from the swiss+cotton environment will be included directly on the home page and can also be consulted via the “News” link – an attractive promotion for a label which conveys to the whole world the message of Swiss traditional values such as quality, reliability and trustworthiness embodied in high grade textile products.
