CEO of Pomerleau to outline promising textile applications
Oct '09
Pierre Pomerleau, Eng., MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pomerleau Inc., will speak on promising applications for textiles at Expo Hightex on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at the Bonsecours Market in Montréal.

Since he became president of Pomerleau and Beaubois, respectively major construction and architectural carpentry firms, the group's growth has been reflected in an increase in sales, from CDN $200 million to nearly CDN $800 million. This business leader sees Canadian textiles playing increasingly important role in construction projects.

Pomerleau's lectures are an important part of Expo Hightex's two days of activities dedicated to textile applications in construction.

Expo Hightex's seminars will feature local and international experts from the private and public sectors, while visitors will have the chance to visit a range of local manufacturers' booths exhibiting products from this booming market sector.

Expo Hightex is a unique opportunity to discover this promising field, on both a technological level and a commercial one.
