Propylene prices steady in Asia & Europe

Propylene prices in the Far East region and the European markets remained steady on October 28, when corresponded with those prevailing on October 21, while those in the US markets inched up.
FOB South Korea stayed steady at $ 1010-1012 per ton yesterday, at the same price on which it closed on October 21.
Propylene (polymerization level) for FD Northwest Europe and CIF Northwest Europe too remained constant at levels prevailing on October 21, at €745-755 per metric ton and €735-745 per metric ton, respectively at closing hours, yesterday.
However, propylene prices in the US market, reversed trend of falling prices and in the process grew from US cent 41.250-41.750 per lb recorded on October 21, to US cent 42.130-42.380 per lb, on October 28.
