RBSMs to attract clientele for Indian handloom, rmg, knitwear & leather clusters

Under its handloom clusters intervention programme, Fibre2fashion.com is conducting a series of Reverse Buyer Seller Meets (RBSMs) for Indian handloom, readymade garments, knitwear and leather clusters at Bhagalpur, Patna and Kanpur under the aegis of Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Infrastructure Leasing & Finance CDI Ltd., Bihar & Uttar Pradesh, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Office, Kanpur.

The itinerary is as follows:

* Bhagalpur Silk Cluster (under O/o DC (Handlooms))- November 7, 2009.

Buyers visit to Bhaglpur Silk Cluster Intervention entities
Venue :- Weavers' Service Centre, C/o The Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Kanchangarh, Barari, Bhagalpur, Bihar. Pin : 812003.
Time :- 3.00 to 6.00.

* Bhagalpur Silk Cluster (under IL&FS CDI) - November 8, 2009.

Buyers visit to IL&FS Cluster Intervention Members
Venue :- Weavers' Service Centre, C/o The Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Kanchangarh, Barari, Bhagalpur, Bihar. Pin : 812003.

* Handlooms of Bihar, Patna: November 9, 2009.

Buyers visit to Fibre2fashion Cluster Intervention Members.
Venue :- 26 B, Patliputra Colony, Patna - 800013, Bihar, India

* Kanpur Leather Cluster :- November 10, 2009.

Q&A Session with Kanpur BDS Leather Cluster Members

* Kanpur Readymade Garments & Knitwear Cluster :- November 11, 2009

Presentation on Fibre2fashion services
Venue :- MSME Auditorium, SISI, Kanpur.
Time :- 2.00 to 5.00 pm.

Earlier too, Fibre2fashion.com has successfully conduct such BSM and RBSMs that have helped the cluster entities to directly network with local, regional, national and international buyers directly, within their cluster.

Buyers during their cluster visits get to see personally a range of products at competitive prices while manufacturers like weavers, their cooperatives and cluster entities are able to satisfy this totally new set of clients and strike profitable deals.

Such interactions bring in new ideas and exchange of product designs and services, which were heitherto not possible.

Weavers and Cooperatives do not have to move out of their clusters (thus economic) while buyers get immediate peep in Cluster itself where selection becomes very easy and economic.

Fibre2fashion.com has successfuly conducted BSMs in Patna; provided Buyers attendance at Apparel Export Promotion Council's (AEPC, Gurgaon) BSM in Madrid and Barcelona, Spain, recently.
