 Shandong Helon intends to have its present production line with an annual output of 45,000 tons of viscose staple fiber upgraded to a production line with annual output of 45,000 tons of differentiation and functional jute pulp fiber.
The company also plans to build a project with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high white, fine denier, differentiated viscose staple fiber. The two projects require a total investment of about 610 million Yuan, mainly from equity financing.
For the high-white, fine denier, differentiated viscose staple fiber project, the company plans to invest 359 million Yuan and when the project is fully operational, will deliver revenue totaling to 493,730 million Yuan and profits of around 106,840 million Yuan.
Its main products are viscose filament yarn, viscose staple fibre, cotton pulp, tire cord fabrics, canvas fabrics, high modulus low shrinkage polyester industrial filament yarn and nonwoven fabrics etc.
The production capacity is 220,000 tons per year of viscose staple fibre, 8,000 tons per year of viscose filament yarn, 250,000 tons per annum of cotton pulp and 15,000 tons per year of polyester tire cord fabric.
Other than that it also has 18,000 tons per year of canvas fabrics, 12,000 tons per year of high modulus low shrinkage polyester industrial filament and 7,500 tons per annum of nonwoven fabrics.
