 Pai Lung Machinery Mill Co., Ltd. officially acquired Vanguard Supreme Knitting Machine Company based in Monroe, North Carolina,
USA.
A new company was established under the name Vanguard Pai Lung,
LLC which will continue to produce and supply Vanguard Supreme’s well-known high speed circular knitting machines as well as to offer Pai Lung’s fashion and home textile circular knitting machines. Vanguard Pai Lung, LLC has aimed to broaden product range in order to satisfy different needs from various customers in the American markets.
Internally, this acquisition will allow Vanguard Supreme and Pai Lung to effectively integrate resources of R & D, production, sales and marketing from both sizes. The synergy created will also enhance future product performance and result in better products and services to increase customers’ competitiveness!
