Bedbug endorsed by the American Sleep Association

Bedbug, the leading manufacturer of anti-bed bug encasement products, has now been endorsed by the American Sleep Association. This important distinction positions Bedbug as the only encasement manufacturer to have been endorsed by such an organization.

The key sleep health organization put Bedbug's products through their paces during an extensive testing process, using real-world sleep environments and sleep study laboratories as their test "bed."

According to ASA's Executive Director, Neil Kline, the results of the testing were very impressive, confirming that the products were of the highest standards, and exceeded the ASA's stringent approval criteria. Kline said, "This is the only bed bug encasement product we as an organization will endorse. The quality of Bedbug.com's SecureSleep line of products was clearly well-designed."

Kline went on to say, "We take it seriously when we see a product that is introduced into the sleeping environment, so if we endorse it, it's got to be top-notch."

In addition to the ASA's approval, a comfort test was conducted by sleep professionals at the nationally accredited Sleep Disorder Association of Lancaster. Once again, the SecureSleep line sailed through with flying colors, and in fact, the testers were so impressed with the level of comfort, not only would they recommend it to others, but they personally indicated they would use the products themselves.

Rich Saffern, Marketing Manager for Bedbug.com, said that this endorsement is a key element in showing the consumer that there are differences out there. Says Saffern, "Consumers are so much better educated and informed these days, so to have a prestigious organization like ASA exclusively endorse our product will have a tremendously positive effect, and we are very proud to have it."

Bedbug officially launched its line of encasement products as a sponsoring exhibitor at the National Pest Management Association's annual PestWorld exhibition at the Venetian Palazzo Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas during October 25th-29th. The event was touted as the largest pest management expo in the world, with over 4,000 participants.
