EliTe Compact Spindles achieves stupendous success

Feb '10
Already last year we installed our 3,000,000th EliTe Compact Spindle on the premises of our esteemed Bangladeshi customer Noman Group. This 3,000,000th EliTe Compact Spindle is running on a Jingwei F1520 ring spinning machine processing 100% combed cotton. This spindle is part of an installation of another 36,000 EliTe Compact Spindles. The follow-up order to equip another 40 ring spinning machines was placed and will be delivered in 2010.

This achievement is for all of us at SUESSEN no reason to rest on our laurels, but to continue to strive even harder to keep our EliTe Compact Spinning System ahead of the competition, and to extend the best service to our laureate, the Noman Group, and to all of our customers!

Out of their total capacity of over 400,000 conventional ring spindles the company now processes top quality compact yarns on over 76,000 EliTe Compact Spindles for their own weaving facilities.

In a short ceremony the SUESSEN Management will hand over a symbolic Award to Mr. Nurul Islam, Founder and Chairman of the Noman Group.

The Noman Group was established in 1968 by starting a trading company in Dhaka as its first venture of business. Beginning in 1975 the company turned into manufacturing textile products. Today the group operates six spinning mills (among some other mills in weaving, printing and dyeing, garmenting):

Yasmin Spinning Mills Ltd. - 80,000 spindles
Sufia Cotton Mills Ltd. - 50,000 spindles
Talha Spinning Mills Ltd. - 50,000 spindles
Zaber Spinning Mills Ltd. - 82,000 spindles
Zubair Spinning Mills Ltd. - 72,000 spindles
Ismail Spinning Mills Ltd. - 69,000 spindles

The EliTe Compact Spinning has been universally accepted as the preferred way to produce highest quality compact yarns, making SUESSEN the No. 1 in number of compact spindles sold worldwide.
