In Chinese market Caprolactam prices continued to remain stable around RMB 19800 / ton while upstream product prices continued to follow corrections in lower range.
In the current month, Caprolactam price have moved down around 10 percent and due to uncertain future trend, market speculators continued to avoid trading.
Nylon chips prices also remain unchanged around RMB 22600 / ton. In the current month, Nylon chip prices have moved down around 6 percent.
Softening Nylon chip prices improved the profit margin of Nylon Filament yarn producer's which resulted in enhancement in trading.
New prices of Nylon FDY assessed around 27200 / ton and Nylon DTY assessed around 29200 / ton, both prices moved down by RMB 100 / ton.
While Nylon POY prices remain unchanged around RMB 26500 / ton. Market speculators expected for further fall in Nylon Filament yarn prices and avoided trading.
