The Chinese domestic benzene market softened marginally on Wednesday and market atmosphere appeared deserted.
The price in East China ranged between 6700-6800 Yuan / ton, in South China it stood at 6700-6800 Yuan / ton and in North China benzene was quoted at 6700-6800 Yuan / ton.
Domestic market conditions are weak due to the impact of price decline in international oil, traders are in depressed mentality, downstream demand is moderate, trade volume is limited.
Market participants expect that short-term market conditions will still be based on a weak correction.
