In Chinese market, Caprolactam (CPL) price remained stable around RMB 21000 / ton. In the Chinese market, transactions were few and negotiations were calm. Caprolactam USD spot market was quoted at US $2500 / ton and it was hard to find low priced offer, the main market followed wait and watch stance.
In Chinese market, nylon chip price remained stable around RMB 23400 / ton. Offers for the imported conventional high speed spinning SD Nylon chip surged to $2850 / ton but buyers were accepting in the range of $2790-2800 / ton.
Nylon POY, FDY and DTY prices remained stable around RMB 25600 / ton, RMB 26500 / ton and RMB 28500 / ton respectively. Since last few days price for nylon filament yarn have gone up due to rebound in caprolactam prices.
