Added value & export delivery value of textiles up

According to the data published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, added value of textile industry in July increased by 11.2 percent year on year, the rate increased 1.4 percentage points compared with the previous month.
Export delivery value ascended by 17.5 percent, down 1.5 percentage points from the rate of the previous month.
From January to July, added value of textile industry rose 12.1 percent and export delivery value rose 16.5 percent, year on year, growth rate increased 3.6 percent and 7.9 percent year on year, respectively.
The data reflects that China's textile industry shows largely favorable conditions, with expectations that the rest of the year will do better than the period under consideration.
