London Luxury, a leading manufacturer of innovative and premium home products, announced that it has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with the makers of Claritin, the leading non-drowsy, over-the-counter allergy brand, to use the Claritin trademarks across a full line of allergen barrier fabric products.

The collection will be uniquely engineered to function as a barrier to dust mite, pet dander and other allergens, while still maintaining the comfort, breathability, and luxury that consumers expect from top-of-the-line bedding.

"Allergists recommend the use of allergen barrier bedding as a tool to help control allergy symptoms" said Marc Jason, CEO of London Luxury. "We are so excited to work together with the makers of Claritin to bring consumers the ultimate allergen barrier bedding."

"This is an opportunity to extend our brand and reach consumers in new, innovative ways," said James Mackey of Merck Consumer Care. "We are eager to partner with London Luxury, as they are a best-in-class textile manufacturer and marketer of premium allergen barrier bedding."

Claritin bedding will be introduced to the trade at September 2010 NY Home Textiles Market.

All CLARITIN brand products are non-drowsy and available without a prescription. CLARITIN provides powerful allergy relief for 12 or 24 hours and comes in a variety of forms, including: CLARITIN Tablets, CLARITIN Liqui-Gels, an easy-to-swallow liquid-filled capsule, and CLARITIN RediTabs tablets, a quickly dissolving tablet for ages 6 and older. And now, CLARITIN 12-Hour RediTabs tablets provide the flexibility to manage allergy symptoms all day or all night.
