Chemical fibre output touches record high

China's chemical fibre production reached 2.694 million tons in August 2010, a new record high, representing an increase of 12.24 percent year on year.
This output is also up by 0.45 percent from the previous month, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics.
Cumulative production of chemical fibre realized 29.728 million tons in the current year.
