Terrot GmbH welcomes Iraqi crew

Oct '10
In august this year Terrot was delighted to welcome a group of Iraqi customers which travelled to Chemnitz for the participation in an in-house training as a part of a successful contract conclusion of several circular knitting machines.

The 10-headed crew from the Iraq visited the Terrot GmbH for a three-week training program. This measure formed the finalisation of the beforehand concluded machine deal and helped to lay the foundation for a versed handling with the purchased knitting machines. The training implied a theoretical part which took place in the company owned
training classroom. This possibility enabled the customer to a directly application of the just taught due to the provided hard- and software.

Accompanied and supported by our experienced technicians we also gave our guests the possibility to train their practical comprehension in production facilities. This direct contact with the machines facilitated the explanation of the technique as well as the use of the circular knitting machines, the main attention while that use-oriented training was turned to advanced machines like S296-1 as well as to the bodysize machine RH-216.

To complete the training course of the visit we also wanted to give our guests the possibility to get a cultural impression of the region so Terrot organised a short sightseeing trip that was of course accompanied by one of our employees. On the day of departure our Iraqi visitors received a Terrot-made certificate as a memory of their completed training and of course as a memory of their journey to Chemnitz.
