In the Asian market, propylene price increased further by US $10 / ton and touched the level of $1185 / ton, while in European market it remained stable at €910 / ton.
In the Japanese and Korean market, propylene also increased to $1195 / ton and $1175 / ton, respectively. In the US, market price of propylene stood at 35.5 cents / pound.
In Chinese market, Acrylic Staple Fibre price remained stable at RMB 21200 / ton. Price of Acrylic tow and Acrylic top remained unchanged.
Acrylonitrile (ACN) bounced in tandem with firm upstream. In the F E Asian market, ACN price crossed the benchmark level of $2000 / ton to reach $2025 / ton. In S E Asia, price was quoted in the range of $2025-2040 / ton. Response from buyers was moderate in spot and imported goods.
Price of Acetonitrile in Indian market was in the range of INR 90-95 / kg while trading was in the range of INR 87-92 / Kg.
