Abhishek wins 'Sustainability Award from IKEA'

Abhishek Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has been conferred with 'Sustainability (Trading Area - South Asia) Award for the year 2010' by IKEA. The award was conferred on the Company on occasion of IKEA's Annual Suppliers Day in New Delhi on October 21, 2010.
IKEA is one of the biggest retailers of Europe and has a global presence. It is amongst top three most trusted global brands. The Company is one of IKEA's major suppliers for the towels and toweling products.
IKEA and the Company share a common agenda on ethical business practices, sustainability and social responsibility. Apart from being a supplier to IKEA, the Company and IKEA have strengthened their partnership through another important initiative- 'Towards Better Cotton Initiative.'
