India secures joint strategy with Argentina in textile sector

India and Argentina secures a joint strategy in textile industry. Both the countries have agreed on a policy to reinforce its mutual support particularly in the field of technology that is being used in the textile sector. The Secretaries of Commerce and Industry from both the countries have been looking for prospective alliances.
The main objective is to reinforce the mutual assistance between both the counties in different fields, for instance, the technology that is being used in the textile sector.
In this regard, the Secretary of Industry and Trade of Argentina – Eduardo Bianchi and the Secretary in the Textile Ministry, India – Rita Menon revealed that both the countries wanted to form alliances in the field of textile production as well as textile trade.
As per the official records, the textile industry in Argentina has enhanced its business by 21 percent between January and August, whereas the exports from the industry increased by 44.1 percent during the same period last year.
