With a comprehensive range of products on display by leading suppliers in the technical textiles and nonwovens industry, the show naturally attracted trade buyers to attend.
“At Cinte Techtextil China, you get to see different kinds of fibres and fabrics, some of which can be innovatively applied to enhance the comfort, functionality and durability of the intimate apparel lines we produce. This is an important event for us, we always make sure we have the time to attend this fair,” said Ms Manon Turlan, Product Design Manager, Research & Development Department, DBApparel, a buyer from France.
“The show just keeps getting better every time with a wider range of products. I am glad to find new technical textile products from local suppliers for my company this year,” said Mr Alaaddin Colak, General Manager for Fuzhou Aladdin Imp & Exp Co Ltd, a buyer from China.

Apart from getting business connections at the booths, participants also saw new products and technologies at the concurrent events. These included the International Industrial Textiles Seminar and the International Industrial Textiles Symposium held on the first two days of the show.
Commenting on the value of the seminars and symposium, Mr Fernando Merino of the Textile Technology Centre from Portugal, who led a seminar on functional technology engineering and bionetics, said: “The comprehensive array of educational and networking events was by and large well attended and received. These activities undoubtedly contributed immensely to the overall success of the show.”
