In overall Asian market, ethylene price is expected to remain in the range of US $1000-1050 / ton, as per market experts. Today the price of ethylene stood around $1000 / ton in S E Asian market.
While speaking to another expert, he revealed that, in China, the demand for MEG has declined by around 40-50% of total consumption.
Although, in the days to come, the price of MEG in China is projected to remain firm and will be in range of $1015-1025 / ton. Today, MEG was assessed at around $1015-1025 / ton, in China.
