Recently, an exhibition called the “Charm of the RoK's embroidery fabric material and thread” has been inaugurated at the RoK (Republic of Korea) Cultural Centre in Hanoi on January 5 and will continue till January 15.
The exhibition showcases the 40 hand-created embroidery works prepared by the Vietnamese artisans while using the RoK's designs and materials.
The main intention behind organizing this exposition is to honour embroiders from Vietnam and to draw people's attention towards the conventional embroidery work of Vietnam and the RoK.
The exhibition will enable the Hanoian artisans to get a better idea about the RoK's embroidery and the resemblance between conventional handicraft arts of the two countries.
