Tata Chemicals to invest $100 million on soda ash production

Tata Chemicals intends to increase its soda ash production capacity by 400,000 tons through an investment of over $100 million.
The Mumbai-based company has planned an investment of $15 million in its first phase for the manufacturing of biofuels in Mozambique, this was revealed by a top official.
The company also informed about its combined net profit of 1.65 billion rupees on net sales of 28.59 billion rupees for the last quarter of 2010.
