Shekhawati Poly Yarn Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following:
• The Board has approved the resolution for disposing of unit no.1 at Dadar and Nagar Haveli as per provisions of Section 293 (1) (A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
• The Board has approved the Postal Ballot Procedure to be carried on as per section 192A of the Companies act, 1956. The Board has also approved Notice and Form for the Postal Ballot along with Resolution and Explanatory Statement to be sent to the members of the Company.
• The Board has approved March 11, 2011 as a cut-off date of the purpose of Postal Ballot.
• The Board has approved Mr. Vishal Manseta, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer.
