PTA & MEG trends up, PX & PSF stable

Paraxylene market price remained stable at US$ 1590/ton. In S E Asian region, price was quoted in between US$ 1585/ton and US$ 1590/ton. In the F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1580/ton to US$ 1590/ton. In Chinese market price went down to US$ 1585/ton.

Asian PTA price inclined up and was assessed in the range of US$ 1330/ton to US$ 1335/ton. In F E Asian region, PTA was quoted at US$ 1335/ton. In Indian market, PTA stood around US$ 1340/ton. In Chinese market, price of PTA declined in the range of RMB 10500/ton to RMB 10550/ton.

Ethylene price was stable in S E Asian market and marked in the range of US$ 1380/ton to US$ 1390/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1335/ton to US$ 1340/ton. In European international and domestic market, price was stable at US$ 1565/ton and € 1140/ton, respectively. In USA market, ethylene was quoted around 65.25 cents/pound to 65.75 cents/pound.

MEG market went up in global market. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1130/ton to US$ 1135/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG inclined to around US$ 1135/ton to US$ 1140/ton and in Chinese market, MEG price stood in the range of RMB 8850/ton to RMB 8900/ton.

BGPET Chips price went up in S E Asian region and was in between US$ 1885/ton to US$ 1895/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1885/ton for exportable goods. In Chinese market BG PET Chip was at RMB 13200/ton.

FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets remained stable to firm in the range of US$ 1755/ton to US$ 1765/ton and in Indian market; it was assessed in the range of US$ 1745/ton to US$ 1755/ton. In Chinese market FG PET Chip was at RMB 12800/ton to RMB 12850/ton.

PSF price was stable. In Chinese market PSF offers hovered around US$ 1895/ton to US$ 1945/ton. In Indian market 1.4 D PSF was around INR 104.75/Kg. 1.4 D Super black was around INR 118.25/Kg. In S E Asian market PSF offers were around US$ 1895/ton.
