The Varanasi chapter organized yet another Road Show on 17.05.2011 (Tuesday), morning at various religious locations in the city, during the occasion of Buddha Purnima.

It was found appropriate to popularize silk mark amongst the large number of men, women children, & tourists by distributing Silk Mark Leaflets in front of Buddhist temples and tourist spots at Sarnath, about fourteen kms. away from the city, Sarnath is a historically religious city known worldwide for its Buddhist significance.

Tourists flock in to Sarnath from home and abroad to celebrate the birth of Lord Buddha on the auspicious day of Buddha Purnima. The activity tuned out to be a great crowd puller and everybody showed keen interest in the Silk Mark.
