Propylene prices up in Europe & stable in US last week

Propylene prices went up in Europe in the last week ended due to improved downstream market sentiments in the region.

However, due to dull buying sentiments, average prices were stable in the US.

In Europe, average prices ascended by € 15/ton or 2.91 per cent and were quoted at € 530/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In US, average prices remained steady and were assessed at 20 cents/pound in the last week, as against its prior week.
