Propylene prices up in Europe, stay stable in US last week

Propylene prices went up in Europe in the last week ended Sept 25 due to optimistic market fundamentals.

However, due to dull buying sentiments, average prices remained steady in the US.

In Europe, average prices grew by € 25/ton or 5.10 per cent and were quoted at € 515/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In US, average prices were stable and were spotted at 15 cents/pound in the last week as against its prior week.
