PX prices surge in US last week

PX prices went up in US in the last week due to favorable market fundamentals in the region.
In US, average prices stepped up by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 865/ton in the last week, an increase of 1.17 per cent over the previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices enhanced by US$ 15/ton and recorded at US$ 855/ton in the last week, a gain of 1.79 per cent over the previous week owing to strong product demand in the region.
