The company displayed the new Rieter combing set – E 36/ E 86 and its compact spinning machine K 46.
The extended Spiderweb mill control systems with six new modules, two of which use the “Internet of Things” for optimising the spinning mill were displayed at the four-day trade fair. Innovative spare parts and conversion packages as well as After Sales service solutions were exhibited.
The Starlet plus traveller and the EasyTop clothing, the high-performance spindles with CROC doff and the ring spinning compact system Elite Compact Set Advanced were among the other innovations at display.
With 16 manufacturing locations in ten countries, Rieter employs a global workforce of some 5 077, about 21 per cent of whom are based in Switzerland. (HO)
