Short fibre spinning technologies producer Rieter Group reported an order intake growth of 13 per cent year on year at CHF 905.2 million in 2016. The expansion in order intake was heavily influenced by the Machines & Systems business group. However, as expected, sales in 2016 were down 9 per cent over the previous year at CHF 945.0 million.
