Yunquna organises world logistics forum in Shanghai

Yunquna group, the first e-commercial international logistics transaction platform in China, organised a one-day forum on international logistics and supply chain in Shanghai last month.

The forum discussed how China will perform in terms of exports in 2016 in view of the continuous downtrend being seen in the country's economy for the past few months. It also heard Chinese exporters speak on how to improve international logistics, overseas transactions and enterprise administration and ready to meet future challenges.

Representatives from Ningbo bank, Topease, Haifeiyan online, Yunquna, Fibre2Fashion, ShanghaiJianchain and over 50 other export businesses participated in the forum on innovation and promotion of world logistics chains.

“Generally, there are four main points that hurt export enterprises in terms of international logistics issues. These are non-transparent price system with multi-additional fees, complex agency systems leading to high prices in delivery, unavailable timely information, and lack of skilled logistics workers,” ShiHaoZhou, general manager of Yunquna with over 15 years international logistics experiences, told the forum.

The integration of world logistics system and Internet is likely to greatly benefit multinational enterprises. In view of the same, Yunquna has upgraded its services with integration of cargo space booking, cargo delivering, customs declarations, warehouse packing and loading, and transportation insurance—which should be helpful to exporters as it would offer lower price and higher logistics efficiency.

To guarantee the transaction security, Yunquna has grouped many qualified world logistics agencies in a manner that will help export enterprises to select correct logistics agency with suitable price as well as reputation. Yunquna also offers professional services with visual logistics administration system and cargo tracing system for customer's needs.

At the forum, Jianwen Zhang, director of international department of Ningbo Bank, analysed the currency exchange tendency of Chinese yuan vis-à-vis dollar for export enterprises. SuqinZhu, export expert from Heifeiyan online, shared her recipes concerning trading and budgeting details with international buyers.

Seeing the huge response to the forum, Yunquna will now hold similar forums in many other cities for knowledge sharing with nation-wide export enterprises and help them withstand the upcoming export-winter in 2016. (RKS)
