Mexican textile industry to display latest collection at CCI event

Cotton Council International and Cotton Incorporated will host a one day event in Mexico City on Tuesday, October 31 called the cotton forum.
Mexican textile mills, as well as a few Central American and Colombian and U.S. mills, that produce finished fabrics will display their latest cotton collections from 12:00 – 8:00 pm at the Centro de Exposiciones Banamex in Mexico City.
The cotton forum will end with a fashion show of upcoming Mexican designers, and a cocktail reception.
The ACSA International Cotton Institute is an eight week residential program designed to provide a basic education in all aspects of the cotton industry and the international business environment for men and women worldwide. From field to fabric, to manual classing and the use of HVI data, through risk management and the basics of price protection - the program offers an in-depth look at cotton from virtually every perspective.
