The Chinese Chamber of Commerce for the textile import and export (CCCT), which represents the most of China's textile and clothing sector in international trade, has been approved as one of the first industries for credit scale evaluation by the National Office of Rectification and Standardization of Market Economic Order and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
According to the regulations for credit scale evaluation and administration of Chinese textiles and clothing import and export, CCCT will begin a nationwide credit scale evaluation on January 15th, 2008.
The members of the CCCT, including members from HK, Macau and Taiwan will attend the evaluation process and corporations which are mainly into textiles and clothing business and other economic organizations can attend after they receive their membership.
China National Credit Information Service Inc will collect information, go through them, and then will evaluate as a third party. Corporations with good credit would be recommended by government, national and international organization and embassies in China.
