A pool of fresh engineering graduates has been set up, who will conduct an analysis and give their assessment of the problems faced by the leather sector in Kanpur and they in turn will be helped by reputed consultants.

These engineers will be provided a one year training to be conducted by the Kanpur Productivity Council and will include modules on investment banking, drafting proposals and leather specific consultancy.
